- Weak Soil - Soil Was Weak Hence Deep excavation had to be done

- Site Management was a challenge due to restricted place for steel yard etc
- Frequent Rain Showers were flooding the excavated basement
- Shortage of Water created challenges in commissioning the chiller plant

Construction Of Eklavya Model Residence School -Telkoi
Eklavya Model Residence School, Telkoi, Kendujhar, Odisha-758084.
Major Challenges Faced:
- Agitation by Local Community & Political Parties – Local community created agitation against the project
- Material Reachability Issue – Since site is in very remote area, hence transportation is a big challenge.
- Labour Compliances Management – Since this is a Labour-intensive work, hence management of compliances for Labour was a major challenge.
- Client & Vendor Billing Management – creation of top sheets, measurement sheets, valuation sheets and generation of timely bills for client billing was a major challenge we faced, because lots of coordination among head office and remote site manager was required.
Skills And Technologies Used:
- Local Community Management – Managed relationship with Gram Panchayat, Villagers for smooth functioning.
- Client Relationship Management – Developed client relationship with Head Office and Regional Teams for easy communication.

Black Stone Pitching Work At For Flood Protection Works For Govt Of West Bengal
Howrah, West Bengal
Major Challenges Faced:
- 50,000 Cum stone pitching work with red stone (Laterite Stone) along the riverbed for flood protection.
- The challenge we got is that this red stone quarry was banned in west Bengal hence the work could not be progressed with red stone.
- Our approach, we approached the Govt of west Bengal to change this stone from red stone to black stone, which is readily available in quarry. The major challenge was getting the budget approval for black stone, since in earlier contract red stone budget was approved.
So, after multiple level of engagement with Govt of West Bengal (Technical, Commercial and Management Team) in conjunction with our client L&T, we succeed in getting the approval for the black stone pitching.
- There is another challenge we faced during the execution of the project is Supply chain management (Huge number of trucks plying from quarry to site on daily basis) from quarry to site and labour management for laying the black stone from quarry in bulk quantity.
